  1. I don't think The Weeknd is releasing anytime soon, his album rollouts usually start waaaay before the album drops, both heartless and BL were released about 4 months before the album did, same for his previous work. Coldplay and Elton John are the only major October releases I could think of. And tbh, I don't care about BB charting well or commercially succeeding and I'm sure Lana doesn't care either, the public will still bring up her twitter shenanigans to invalidate her music no matter how successful and critically acclaimed it may be.
  2. + they're way funnier when they're squeezed between other posts that are actually on topic

i also prefer her version to the original, it sounds way cleaner and her vocals are more prominent. i'd like to think i manifested this as i was streaming 1989 yesterday
  7. UV always gave me summer vibes, but not the ocean air in your hair golden sun soft on your skin kind of summer (like NFR ), but more like scorching hot sun burning off your skin in the middle of the desert while nursing a heat stroke kind of summer. it's an imagery that i subconsciously associate with uv to the point where i'm unable to enjoy it during the winter.
  8. i noticed that too but fnac are almost always on crack so
  9. i listened to both and i'm in love although golden hour was a bit too country for me, it still had it's unforgettable moments (notably mother and slow burn). star-crossed was my favorite of the two, i really loved the minor psychedelic influences on it and the lyrical content is *chef's kiss*, it paints such a PERFECT imagery of a recent divorcée reflecting on her broken marriage.
  10. the color of that flooring is the exact shade of grey i see whenever i listen to dealer
  11. how would you rate it? i've never listened to anything by her and i really want to get into her stuff, but i'm also scared it might not be for me
