TIME TO BE DELULU if the preorder is coming in the next few weeks maybe she’s dropping RCS with the video and preorder June 1st

Nobody reliable has had a time frame of a preorder. Typically when an artist releases a single it’s followed by a preorder but that’s not been the case with Lana since Honeymoon. LFL, NFR, and COTCC all released a song and no preorder for months afterwards (LFL is excused since the single was leaked and that seemed to really throw everything off)

They also ‘confirmed’ the July 4th date with the BB single cover as the album cover so the intern is just as confused as us The choir sound (which I’m sure she’s included in) starts the first chorus and lasts the rest of the song (especially at the “I screamed for them, old man river keeps rolling in”)

I think he was talking about it all! The fact she released three singles and the fact that she used the same selfie all three times. He made comments it wasn’t about the lyrics/sound of the songs, and it’s something she’s never done before! The more I think about it, the more I really wonder what we’re in store for. I never thought I would say this, but I can see her kind of lowkey just releasing the album with very little fanfare. The fact she hasn’t acknowledged the songs yet make me think it’s be the true ‘for the fans’ album. Not sure if her label would ok that since they’re gonna want money, but I can see this being very different than her normal releases

I love all the songs for their own reasons BUT the sheer ambiance of TB is everything I’ve wanted back in a Lana song WW’s last minute and a half is MAGNIFICENT. Those background vocals that swim around the whole ending really help you feel her urgency and desperation BB took me by surprise, the storytelling is unlike she’s ever done She really did THAT and I’m more impatient for the album than I already was. I also think I’m more excited than I was for Chemtrails

I really really don’t see this being a NFR release situation..it would seem BOZ already has the album, unless he just had/knew about the three singles, but the way he talked it seems like he has more. Plus he did just listen to untitled songs on Last.fm With the way Lana announced the June 1st and then July 4th date I think if it was coming super later she’d post another ‘ALBUM OUT [date]” we got confirmation she’s been working on this album since October, it’d be weird if she didn’t have a good chunk of the album done after 9* months. (Can’t do math) I think we’re all traumatized by NFR (and COTCC a little) but she seems more present in this (she said she couldn’t wait for us to hear the album like a month ago) I feel like her next *music* post will be the preorder/the current date for it

I can’t believe she released Chemtrails two months ago. These songs and those sounds sound like they’re years apart, not months

Good god my Apple replay 2021 is gonna look so messy. Between the COTCC album covers and each of these songs having similar, but all slightly different, vibes. It’s gonna look so messy I’m really hoping this really is ‘just the beginning’ and we get a preorder soon

I honestly wish she would have uploaded the album so I could easily listen to all three songs in a row. Having to make a BB playlist instead of just having them grouped under the album was a weird choice LMLYLAW was a buzz track

I get y’all wanting Mike Dean synths (because I sure do) but they wouldn’t have fit on WW at all, anywhere so I’m glad his synths are more low key. The song feels full and full enough to not need an added sound effect

I feel like the picture she first announced Blue Banisters is from the album cover/ is the album cover

The outros in these songs BLOW all the recent outros (minus a couple) of late out of the water

I had hoped it’d come with a preorder or something but I think this is for the best these are highly personal songs so I’m sure she doesn’t want to act all happy about them

I really can’t even think of a solid genre for these songs other than ‘Lana’

I feel like it’d be easy to paste a song over another. she used the triple video for both MAC and VB and those were full videos

I still believe she hasn’t posted yet and since the press said these are “buzz singles” the video she shared last month must be the (still unheard) lead single! I really hope we don’t have a huge huge wait between these and the album

This is really gonna bug me, what other song does me mention “dancing the dance?” In textbook she says “I’ll do this dance with you” but I KNOW she has a song about “dancing the dance” there are so many parallels between these three songs and her ‘deepest’ songs

These songs directly follow Hope and White Dress. The level of storytelling, the light vocals. If we hadn’t gotten COTCC, I feel White Dress would have fit perfectly on this record
