Regarding the ‘world tour’ merch, she’s been advertising “did you know that there’s a world tour” since last year, and it’s very possible she’s counting her recent Europe festival shows as part of the ‘world tour’

Consensus seems to be Lana, but both snippets have been posted by Quavo with Lana being tagged. But I find it odd Quavo would be the one posting Lana’s lead. 
 

I guess it’s also possible it’s not attached to a project and it’s both of them

I’m (mostly) kidding. Lana posted the BTS last week, and the videographer and Sheridan also posted the pics, Ben told us to look out to sparkle jump rope queen tomorrow (after it’s been password locked for months now), and this final snippet.

It’s just weird that twice now Quavo has been the one to post Lana’s lead single idk

i do hesitate to assume we're just getting something small like merch because the festival merch was all released on her site. I can definitely see this being tour related, since there are rumors of her doing September shows
