I can definitely see her pivoting a little since country has went SO mainstream at the moment she’s never been a trend chaser and is definitely hyper aware of her standing with the critics, so I can totally see her getting cold feet with this now just to not be compared to Beyoncé, etc.

Also I love hearing her perspective in settings like this, like hearing her talk about why she doesn’t want to do a stadium tour and stuff. She really is such a unique artist in today’s landscape

These shows do definitely feel slightly more off than the festivals from last year tbh i mean the first festivals of that run were kinda meh too until the end where they got better, maybe she just needs to get used to it and grow into them but ya I definitely agree with this
