question for all you more long time collectors, which out of the chemtrails colored variants (grey/translucent/yellow/beige/green/red & alt cover) will be like the blue nfr, red standard honeymoon, coke bottle clear lust for life?

i think yall are over categorizing rock candy sweet as a "REVENGE ALBUM WITH ROCK AND DEALER AND SCREAMING AND LANAS GONNA RIP THE CRITICS A NEW ONE HELL YEAH!" when in reality i dont think thats lana's style. even the font she used on the selfie doesnt imply that. the title literally has "sweet" in it. she wouldnt make an entire album dedicated to her haters. I really think its going to be an album i really think its going to be rock influenced songs, "candy" songs that are fun and show her more pop song influences, and then sweet songs like cherry blossom, roses bloom for you etc

target vinyl came in yesterday, horse picture disc today (GORGEOUS) and im still waiting on my yellow one and the uo green

thought: what if the title Rock Candy Sweet symbolizes the 3 sounds present on the album... so for example if its a 12 track record, the first 4 songs will all be "rock" influence, so Dealer could potentially fit there, then the next 4 would be "candy" which would sound a bit more pop than anything shes done lately, and perhaps a bit Tulsa Jesus Freak-ish, or like that 2018 unreleased snippet that leaked where it was something about "my ex-boyfriend" and it sounded way more upbeat. and then finally the album closes with 4 "sweet" songs in true lana fashion (love song, dance till we die etc....maybe roses bloom for you could cap off the ablum...) OMG WAIT...what if Roses Bloom for You is the closer....hear me TF OUT. So she said originally that Roses Bloom For You was the opener for Lust For Life, but then after the G-eazy split she recorded new songs (Cherry, White Mustang, In My Feelings) and they sort of shook up the tracklist a bit. So now, since Lana has found love, (she clearly is happy in life rn, critics aside, her manager said shes the happiest hes seen her in years etc) what if she CLOSES the album with Roses Bloom For You...maybe beef it up a bit from the short little intro it was on LFL, or keep it the same and have it as a short sweet closer, either way, id be for it

so i just caved and got the Urban Outfitters green vinyl. After seeing the yellow one against the light, i just had to get the green too hahaha however on my confirmation email it says "Be advised that this item is on backorder and will ship after 03/28/2021" ....does that mean it will ship after march 28th?! thats like over a week away? will that count towards her debut sales? im so confused

i love how when i first saw the UO vinyl I was like "Ha, easy pass!" and now its all I can think about it and i wanna order so bad, but i cant bc i have to save my money this week for in case the 3rd picture disc drops...

out of curiosity why do you like the UO one the best? I feel like that one gets the most hate! But lately i have been non stop thinking about it and really considering buying it!

how many of yall got the UO exclusive? Ive been really thinking about getting it next week....i know their mockups are god awful so im wondering if there are any other artists vinyls from UO that are green that would be a good comparison? Id hate to pass it up and then it turn into a coke bottle clear LFL situation...yikes

so far all ive gotten is yellow vinyl, red alt cover vinyl, and spotify picture disc. im considering getting: -UO green vinyl (their mock-ups always do the vinyl no justice) -grey vinyl -walmart picture disc -3rd picture disc do yall think thats excessive? I love rare things and I have a feeling all those will end up being somewhat rare in the future
