    so sheridan posted the pics of lana from the summertime music video today as well as a photo of a cactus and captioned it 

     

    “a day with la del rey” and hash tagged #comingsoon #makingmagic with the cactus emoji

    edit: her makeup artist was also tagged and on sheridans story he posted a pic of etienne with a sticker that says “magic” def think something was shot today

    honestly how can you expect artists not to care about grammy nominations when that’s literally what the whole world is talking about right now on social media. i don’t blame the weeknd for speaking out, obviously something shady is going on

    i personally love darker hair on her so i’m happy:flutter:

     

    I thought the blonde was gorg don’t get me wrong but sometimes it almost washed her out

    i think if lana is gonna throw in some more current covers then the name couldn’t be “american standards and classics” and obviously it’s a placeholder but.... will she? i don’t see a patsy cline song next to a weeknd song. i can however see an amy cover since amy’s sound was so jazzy

     

    it’s hard to tell but since lana is so inspired by these older generation artists I think it’s fair to assume most covers will be from songs majority of us won’t recognize and i have no problem that

    I liked the song but I thought the visuals kinda out-did the song in a way? it’s catchy but so repetitive and doesn’t really go to that next level for me. i did LOVE the video

    my first listen it didn’t totally sink in but now i’m obsessed. her voice sounds so sultry and powerful :trisha:

     

    even though I absolutely love the visuals like she looked AMAZING i think listening to the song alone is a whole other experience. i imagine lizzy grant/ young lana with her strawberry blonde curls singing to a small group of people like she used to, somewhere in nyc

     

    i know lana can pull off any genre but we need a full jazz album

    since qftc shes jumped from 16 million to 17.5 i would say she’s on a pretty steady incline, she also barely posts compared to other celebs.

     

    I also noticed lana gets pretty high likes for the random shit she posts. miley has over 100 million followers and didn’t reach 1 million likes on her album cover, lana already has 1 million likes on her picture yesterday w chuck
