Last night I finally connected with Yosemite Was a little disappointed at first, it was nice and sweet but felt distant, but now...can’t stop crying, it’s just so powerful and present. Especially the “how deep was the canyon that you came from” part.

Picked up the indie yellow yesterday, and came home to the box set on the porch I think the indie yellow is my favorite so far!! Could stare at it backlit forever Seeing the standard cover picture on an actual record was really satisfying. I still don’t really like it lol, but it did look better in person!! And it’s nice to see her smiling :,) Signed CD will be here in a week, still waiting on the Spotify PD, Assai vinyl, and stuff from the AU store.

Gonna need time to digest everything, but damn this is a beautiful record, and easily entered her top three for me. The landscape is stunning and also hard to place, excited to sit with this album and let it unfold. Standouts are White Dress, Yosemite, Chemtrails, TJF, Wild at Heart, DBJAG, and Dance Till We Die. I really hope we get to hear more like DBJAG on a future project, that sound suits her ability to conjure moods and imagery incredibly well.

Cancelled my UO order again lmao, can't justify it after picking up vinyl and stuff from the village So far: indie yellow vinyl, assai obi, target red vinyl, gray vinyl, pink windbreaker, signed CD, litho, spotify PD, target CD, black crop hoodie, candle in the wind, postcard set 5, LMLYLAW lip balm, rose ashtray, sun and moon tote bag. Not going to get the NK PD, holding out for something in the bookstore and the windbreaker in black. And maybe the Chemtrail art poster

Lemme preface with TJF is a first listen standout and top 5 for me, but I don’t like the very last use of autotune on the track That first instance was so hot, felt like that’s all the song needed.
