im new to ayesha "lore" but why do they do that?

i thought on that big fit about kim petras/slut pop she said she was making "real music" that is like punk (?) or something like that and wouldnt release more songs about sex and being hot

is this official? i loved it

i'm very bitter about the eras tour after she sang ME! as a surprise song for my show that was delayed and we didn't get as much as a "sorry" from her. it was truly a nightmare but at least it was fun and very funny at the moment

ooh she's definitely releasing a special edition with all the bonus tracks on streaming as soon as the sales/streams stagnate a bit so she can keep that #1 for a few more weeks. she's nothing if not a smart chart obsessed business woman

i really don't see the harm in making variants with different tracks. the people who are going to buy all of them were going to buy independently of the tracks, because they are completionists, just see the 1989 or midnights, they all had the same tracks and ppl still bought all the variants available.

everyone has made such a fuss about it either saying its trash or defending it with all they got, it would be kind of embarrassing if it was just a placeholder i just dont get why the photo is so damn blurry

i really hate slut pop, not as a concept (i love a good ayesha rip off moment) but the songs are TRASH. the lyricism is lazy, the production even more so. her career became such a mess the moment she signed to that label, i miss the clarity days

honestly so sick and tired of her acting like a victim and like her fans are so awful when she should be thanking ppl still care enough for her to even be given a budget to make these fugly videos and awful "films" shes been putting out. its so embarrassing like nobody is forcing you to be a public figure if you hate it so much

as if k12 wasnt a series of mvs tied by random ass dialogues that add nothing to the "plot"... just assume that each song is an adventure the character is living one after the other. i mean, thats the storyline for cry baby and k12 at thr end of the day. ALSO - if the story isnt clear enough by only listening to the album.. maybe it shouldnt be considered a story? its just a normal album

crazy to think that her best era (to me) to this day is dollhouse ep. two iconic music videos done with minor budget (especially dollhouse which was crowd funded), a great tour where she had fun and was always adding and changing the setlist to keep it fresh, fun interviews and photoshoots, and we even got amazing live performances on her channel... oh i miss the goof ol days cry baby era is also a testiment to the fact that melanie works better with a restricted budget, but i feel like she was so spoiled with k12 that now she refuses to work if it isnt exactly the way she wants it do matter the cost

are those leaks new or from past eras?

i do count tolt as a mixtape because of the halloween theme, but i do agree clarity is her debut rather she likes it or not

the song was very bland to me.. i dont intend to listen to it again ever. its just a very boring song, and sam smith didnt change anything on it really
