yeah Id also want one with a Cry Baby era photo but theyre all edited badly
-
nobody probably has one, there arent even any very good K-12 or After School ones, if we want a new good one someone will have to make it because there probably isnt any real good ones out there, I dont know if anyone here is good at editing but as I have proved with my other recoloring for that attempt at an unreleased album cover art I am not
-
I tried to make an album cover that fit with the cry baby album cover with this painting but it looks like shit and I cant edit the colors in the background to look like the cry baby album cover and decent at the same time the image because I cant figure out how to upload it here: https://dbree.org/v/160742

I thought the leakers said that the file was lq when they got it so hq file didnt exist but if Im wrong and you actually do have an hq file then yes pls the file I have sounds like complete shit
-
can anybody somehow edit this image into a album cover to use for unreleased and make it look like a Cry Baby re-release/act 2/alternate release type of album cover and make it fit cohesive with Cry Baby album cover (probably by using the same Cry Baby logo on the album cover)? It's the only other image from the Cry Baby album cover photoshoot https://melanie-martinez.fandom.com/wiki/Cry_Baby_(Album)?file=Digital_Booklet_-_Cry_Baby_(Deluxe)-18.png

You Love I didnt leak in 320kbps hq??? I literally remember downloading the 320kbps hq file from here like a year ago and it doesnt sound like an upscale at all, the website is dead but I think I still have the file
-
well that makes everything more confusing... so I guess my best way of doing this is by just sorting it out by whatever sounds best together?
-
I hope its not real... I wrote a song of the same name and I dont want to accidentally copy Melanie and have a bunch of fourteen year olds yelling at me if I ever decide to do anything with it
-
A Thousand Words studio version would be a Dollhouse outtake with Psycho Lovers, Dressed in Mistakes, and You Love I and not a Cry Baby one right? Asking to know where to put it in
-
I think you're right about mrs. potato head but not Mad Hatter... Alice In Wonderland doesnt have copyright because of how old it is its basically up for free use, like Grimm fairytales and most fairytales in general are
-
Im currently losing my mind trying to put all the melanie outtakes that have gotten leaked so far into a cohesive tracklist, I cant even find a good fanmade album cover why are crybabies so bad at that there are barely any and the ones that exist look very... not good
-
so much stuff leaked while I was gone holy shit... did it all leak in 320kbps hq or in shitty/subpar quality that I will not bother listening to?
-
well, this aged... interestingly....

oh ok, I really respect that, I remember reading something about her saying that sometimes she holds off on releases if something is going on that isnt about her if its not a direct awnser to the issue, because she feels like sometimes its not her voice that should be heard but others and that she should be the one listening. I respect that patience in an artist and like you said, since that was a while ago she'll probably go back to releasing stuff in a more smooth evenly-spaced way. Praying witches is on the album because thats a dope title and she mentioned something witches during that same interview I think. I usually just dont like long releases because it kills the tempo of the project as a whole for me and I like to take it in more fully at once but it makes sense in this case. Glad that she also said its not a Step album like Infections of a Different Kind of Human because I would die if it was (not in a good way)

anybody else think Aurora's releases are super weird sometimes? Exist For Love was the first single for her next album and nothing else has really happened regarding that album and it was released nine months ago, kinda a messy release

tysm. Demos like these show me that Gaga still has it, I truly think that she does, she just needs some time, I mean the whole cover art, photoshoots, the joanne interlude visuals, some of these more original authentic Gaga sounding demos (the free woman one isnt like godly or anything but it shows what couldve been of the song if worked on better) show me that she still has it, I think we just need to be patient and pray that she doesnt work with bloodfloop for her next era
-
does anybody have any of the unreleased songs Sillhouette, Encrypted Love, or We Were Going To Do That in hq? At least Sillhouette cuz I need her I can't find any of these songs anywhere besides lq youtube videos
-
Does anyone have free woman demo in hq?
-
I'm going to pretend I never read this

Wasnt it also (and maybe even mostly) her managements fault because they completely fucked her over and stopped her from doing alot of things she wanted to do and messed her and everything up during most of the Artpop era?
-
yeah but to me Chromatica feels like a step into the right direction, a slow start towards the right thing ig. Maybe she wanted to not do anything too big or drastic and kinda make Chromatica like a smooth transition from a calmer lowkey era (joanne/being more the "lady" part of her name) back into pop and didnt wanna make a sudden switch back into the full gaga. But that kinda would be like the opposite of what old Gaga would have done, old Gaga would have seen this as the perfect chance to blow people away and suprise them with sudden dark, and "out of it" pop music that would make people talk. I feel like the way the Artpop era went down really affected her and itll take time for her to really go big like that again. Although some of the chromatica demos sound more like old gaga so bloodflop probably had something to do with the watering down. I mostly think she's scared to go through something like artpop again.

the way I acc want this now

I think Drama Club was a part of an earlier version of the album that was supposed to be less musicalish and more like CryBaby. The lyrics are better than other K-12 songs (besides the repetiveness of the chorus) and its a lot less literal than other K-12 songs while also holding up the school them. Its alot more like CryBaby songs which tell a story while also being able to be more relatable and written like its own thing instead of feeling more like a blend of one thing. The production is also better than most other K-12 songs although it feels like she watered it down to make it fit the rest of K-12. But I feel like theres a whole group of demos or just songs that werent even produced that were part of a K-12 that told a story through letting you build the image in your mind through good writing instead of telling it without subtleness, Drama Club was probably a part of that and the only one that made its way to the final project. The album probably originally sounded more diverse lyrically and sonically too, I kinda think that she changed the verses of alot of songs to be more musical-ish and alot of them have original versions that are more written like Crybaby but thats probably just in whatever place she writes her songs before going to the studio so we'll never get that version of the songs... but she worked on the songs for like five years so it makes sense to me that she overthought and overworked on them until she watered it all down into one thing trying too hard for it to fit together and be movie-like, so who knows, maybe there is a whole album of CryBaby style written K-12 outtakes and maybe even K-12 demos that are like that. So I think Drama Club was made more when she had started the album after releasing CryBaby and had the theme less figured out and more like... loose? Which is why it sounds like a CryBaby outtake. Also im kinda out of it rn so sorry if this doesnt make sense.
