i don't disagree but also NFR COCC & BB are being released in the span of ~1 year 9 months (if my counting is right?) while BTD UV and HM were released over ~3 years 8 months. not including singles. also difference in sound between BTD UV and HM is huge

i haven't listened to the snippet but i hope she tags someone in it (a producer, director, someone) so we can get more of a sense of the creative direction of this record. the colors are beautiful as well!! i'm not really at a point in my life where i'm looking for something toned down.. stripped down... quite. subtle. whatnot. if this is toned down, i'll probably not be quite ready for it yet.... i'll catch up with lana in a few years. but if it does end up matching what i'm looking for/needing/craving, god bless elizabeth

if she wrote about men drugs and being a sad bitch now (in the same way she used to) it'd PROBABLY feel forced. and even worse than what she's making since she wouldn't actually feel it. probably. so be careful what you wish for

yeah... on the positive side, it could turn out okay especially if it's with mike dean, an actual hip hop producer, not someone who doesn't really specialize in that... still a choice though. i'd like to think mike dean is smart enough to not let her veer off into a really really bad direction with it

the only thing that worries me is this potentially being a hip hop album with mike dean and also her response to QFTC. and "my friends are rappers" etc. and released on the 4th of july. it's just a scary mix
