why are we manifesting collabs but i'm very excited for this album! you know i could care less what direction it's being taken in, but i really enjoy the mystery of it all. i'm hoping it's not super country but even so i'm excited for the future now that she's working with other producers!! thinking a single teaser/announcement/drop soon, maybe an album trailer in mid june, two singles (one may one june) and album release in july. i'm hopeful

even so it makes like perfect sense to me that lolita would be the catalyst to your love for lana... like the kitsch, the mystery, the pure fun of it all what a moment

salvatore it wasn't the first lana song i ever heard (...BTD songs on the radio came first) but 100% what made me fall in love. absolute magic

i feel like it's less people wanting her to recreate things she's already made and more wanting her to make something they love just as much also she's literally explored most genres. someone will always complain about her regressing and someone will always be excited because it's similar, maybe still different in a million ways, to their favorite lana song or record... girls can want what they want!

i just want to connect with the album, particularly lyrically, and i don't mean relate but just CONNECT case in point i cannot deeply relate to put me in a movie and a million other lana songs.... but i connect with them anyways and that's what i want
