Thank you for this analysis. It's interesting read. It certainly proves the youtube rip theory put out earlier as the analysis states 3 tracks (Nectar of the Gods, Living Legend and Cherry Blossom) are cut at certain frequency in all versions. -
Mother and daughter stanning her
-
Yes but it was written and recorded after NFR.
-
This song is so underrated. It's such a perfect interlude between NFR and COCC. It bridges the California love of NFR with escapism of COCC.

"He used to call me DN" Deadly Nightshade C...?

The original Venice jacket was from Stag Provisions by the way, designed by Ebbets Field. Below is the description: I have been searching both of their products and I wasn't able to find a jacket with DNC on it, so that made me believe it might be custom made.
-
I wasn't able to find DNC jacket online. It might be custom made inspired by the Locals Only Venice jacket. So maybe it stands for the next album's acronym like NFR?

Mine took like 2 months too.

Maybe she will give us some content before or after the Variety's Hitmakers award show which is in 2 days!

I guess Thunder and Nectar of the Gods would be in top 5 if the album was released earlier. -
To solidify the "Calciatore" discussion; at 0:49, you can clearly see she's hitting a ball like a footballer.

I really love the cinematic feeling of this album but sometimes I wonder, how would it be like if she kept the old sound which was like a continuation of Ultraviolence. We can clearly hear it at early demos and also live performances: -
What was your reaction of the BTD to UV transition?

I remember listening to world premiere of West Coast on BBC Radio 1. It felt like the most beautiful song I have ever heard. I was completely blown away by the tempo change and the production. It was such an experience. -

Ok I realized that I need PG Mix of Wildflower Wildfire in my life. -
I've just read this on Lana's wiki: Don't know if any of it is true but could it be the reason why she completely reworked the song and got rid of his parts?

Also Thunder and Dealer are reportedly from unreleased TLSP collaboration album (2017?). Thunder is reworked but don't know about Dealer. -

Thank you Lana for giving us such a beautiful song. It is one of my favourites from your latest album. Love you -
I feel little sad about this song as I feel like everytime she considers to include it there is a significant other in her life or she is engaged but she ends up breaking up and scraping it off. Maybe in the next album she will include it when she finally finds the true love.
