they answered me now “Unfortunately, we were not able to get the art cards from our supplier again, as actually planned. Therefore, there was no other option than the refund.”

i’ll send him to hell for this

i replied to their email and said “You told me not even three weeks ago that the signed card was delayed and is expected to arrive in 2022. What are you even doing?”

i asked bravado “i’m sorry but why did you refund me today?” and they answered with ”obviously it is not possible to resend the card and therefore the item has been refunded” “resend” lmao you haven’t even sent me one in the first place

bravado just refunded me for the signed card….. didn’t even ask for it anyone else who they did this for too?

it’s insane, we were supposed to get the cards october 22nd and now it’s a fucking whole new year

ordered the box set finally since it was on sale. didn’t order it earlier because i wasn’t over the moon about it but after looking at videos and pictures of it, it really is a pretty box set!

basically my conversation with bravado these last couple of weeks Me: where’s my signed card Bravado: if you haven’t gotten the card yet you won’t be getting one. want a refund? Me: um yeah okay refund me Bravado: we have started the processing of your refund Bravado: *sends out mail that the signed cards are delayed until 2022* Me: hi, i just got your mail about the delay and i do not want the refund anymore since i want my signed card instead Bravado: we have already started the processing of your refund and we can’t stop it Me: why can’t i see anything about a refund on my paypal then? Bravado: we have now stopped the refund and you will be getting the card when it arrives dear god this has been a fucking rollercoaster. they’re so messy that i don’t even have high hopes for getting a card in the end also the refund was according to them initiated like december 14th and i couldn’t see anything about a refund like a week later so they’re obviously lying. because usually via paypal i get a notification that a refund is processing and then i get the money a couple of days later.

now this thread is dead until 2022 💀 when we won’t be getting our signed cards

before getting my refund email from bravado i sent them this yesterday: Also, the other stores have gotten an update saying the signed cards are delayed until new year’s. Are you sure that isn’t the case here too? and they responded today with: thank you for your message. You are absolutely right about that. This is currently being clarified internally and you will receive information from us as soon as we have received precise information. Unfortunately, the information has been imprecise so far. i got a full refund and got to keep my cd but someone on insta had to send the cd back to get a full refund… bravado literally have no idea what they’re doing
