It's clearly a marketing account run by the Interscope girlies Lana recently shared a video with. They were also the first to follow the account. The only question remaining is if they have anything interesting planned with it

oceanblvd's Instagram ID is 57636901854, which means it's a new account. The higher the ID, the newer the account. For comparison I checked a different freshly created account and they have ID 57561461845.

It's not an old account The reason it has 100k followers is because a lot of fan pages shared it.

I assume it's a promo account from Interscope and they have a contact at Instagram that allows them to quickly get accounts verified.

They unfollowed the account, but they were following the account a couple minutes ago when this screenshot was shared.

Didn't they add RIOPY a week ago already? I remember that we talked about this before.
