BoZ's friend explained the origin of the snippet on Twitter, they used it in a video as background music over a year ago, someone found it and reuploaded it. Also it doesn't get recognized when scanning like all other album snippets.

It's not on the album, but I don't know from what year it is exactly.

Multiple people knew the name of the title track by uploading a snippet, Baby Blue only made a thread on ATRL after BoZ confirmed that it's the first single.

So they said they posted the first word of GPSOTSOMFWHDSF, but going through their post history I can't find it unless the first word in itself is an acronym like GPSOTS

The complicated way is uploading them directly to ACRCloud, that gives you both links.
