Sometimes I think those covers at the end like The Other Woman, DLMBM and For Free are an outro of the real final song (Old Money, Swan Song and Dance Till We Die). I feel like they somehow fit so well with the final song and the concept of the album in general.

I think Bonita was the title of the song, but a demo probably does exist, as each song must have an early version. Also, I think BOZ said at some point that Lana changed the names of some songs.
