I just spent an hour catching up on everything. I always miss the meltdowns! Anyway, I am SO stoked for this album. I haven't been this excited in YEARS

HAPPY ANNOUNCEMENT WEEK! We are a mere 2 days away from the announcement of an album that will make history.

You're probably right. I really thought we were getting a space album based on the emojis, Lana's posts referencing the stars earlier this year, and the stars align highlight. We know she changes her mind so easily though.

So do we think all of the 🚀🌠(or whatever the second emoji was) Ben has been using mean anything? I would absolutely love space-themed visuals, but all of Neil's 🌹 suggest otherwise.

Today is the 10th anniversary of Ride... LDR Village, we're waiting for those "special announcements." Maybe an exclusive 10th anniversary vinyl or box set?

Not me thinking that the first 4 videos were the album announcement But I'm happy to see she seems to be working with a lot of different people on this album. I think it'll be something special

Speaking of moons, do we think this album is going to have a space theme? Ben keeps using 🚀🌠 when talking about Lana or the album. Plus she said there's no color on this album and space is very cold and parts of it have no color. I'm personally dying for a space-themed album from Lana.

I had a dream last night that she randomly dropped the first single and a music video for it. The song sounded like Video Games, but it was more bombastic with a louder orchestra. There was a line in the song that was a variation of one of her iconic lines, but I can't remember which one. She was blonde in the music video and it was high budget. My dreams have come true before about 10% of the time, so get ready for Video Games 2.0 everyone!

Bel Air vs. God Knows I Tried

So a theory popped into my head. Like all of us, I've been wondering why Lana's been referencing all of her previous eras lately, especially posting the Lust for Life trailer and singing God Knows I Tried in the Ultraviolence church. She said LDR9 is conversational and angry. What if she's having a conversation with her previous albums/reflecting on them? Especially the criticism she's gotten over the years, which would explain the angry part. If so, I'd love more songs in the vein of Black Bathing Suit. I'm probably wrong because she always ends up surprising us. I'm just bored and kinda disappointed we didn't get anything on Tuesday even though I knew we wouldn't.
