Final thoughts after spending time with NFR: Genuinely my favorite Lana project since UV. I never thought I would be able to say that again not that I didn't have faith in our girl, HM and L4L didn't resonate lyrically or sonically in the way that her first 3 studio works did. But honestly, I'm beyond impressed with just about everything this era apart from the radio silence regarding the release. From visuals to lyrics to production, it was well worth the wait for me. Top tier: Cinnamon Girl, Love Song, California, NFR, FIILY, VB Mid tier: Doin Time, HIAB, The Greatest, MAC, Hope, BAR, (Honestly if she kept the og lyrics, it would've been top tier as the demo is one of my fave songs) Low tier: Bartender, How to Disappear (and I still love both of them tbh!)
