im 100% sure this (or the pd b-sides) will be her last “album” under prescription songs publishing, iirc someone on the thread said her contract consists of 3 albums
-
unreleased songs are getting copyrighted on youtube with different names!!! Mondays is now “Goblin War Strike” Dust Bowl is now “Bloodcurdling Scream” Concrete is now “Sea Drake”
-
kesha followed hayden on instagram yesterday!!!
-
i would love a remaster of her mixtape but there's 2 problems 1. the ego sample in candy, fader probably wouldnt clear it 2. robokid being credited as a writer on 98% of the mixtape
-
if i was her i would release some ashmedai songs or miss anhedonia songs in 2 albums and leaveee, its a fact she hates luke and probably hates how he profits from her music
-
how long is her contract with prescription songs? does she has to release albums, a certain number of songs or is for for an amount of years (she signed in 2020) to be free (im curious about this since prescription contracts seem to be really long)
-
i wonder what would happen if she gets caught for the main sample in candy
-
remember that she signed a publishing deal with Secretly Canadian last year, manifesting she signs with one of their labels like dead oceans or ninja tune so we can finally get masochism (sky’s version)
-
she’s not listed as an artist on capitol’s website anymore… Night Time, My Time (Sky’s Version) is alive and breathing
-
she can re-record it, but she needs to get dropped by capitol or release 2 more albums because of the contract
-
pretty dull better l word today, I NEED THAT SONG ON MY APPLE MUSIC LIBRARY
-
when her contract with prescription ends, can hayden re-record or buy the publishing rights of everything released/recorded under that contract? she already owns her masters but she doesn’t own the publishing rights, she probably hates the fact that l**e gets royalties
-
imagine a re-recording of Perfectionist and Trouble with some unreleased songs as bonus tracks imagine… Trouble (Teddy’s Version), she gets all the producers + her husband to reproduce the songs
-
is she still signed to prescription songs for her publishing? i know she’s still with twin music but im curious about this
-
do y’all think atlantic will make her put speed drive on the album?
-
she’s still under prescription songs??
-
okayyy so i’m using this tracklist 1. Don’t Forget 2. Descending 3. Innocent Kind 4. I Pray For Rain (tagged as “I Pray 4 Rain”) 5. Voices Carry (tagged as “Voices Carry (Sky’s Version)”) 6. Legends 7. The Freezing (tagged as “The Freezing (Sky Ferreira & Jorge Elbrecht)”) 8. Guardian 9. All My Lovers Die 10. Easy (tagged as Easy (Sky’s Version)) 11. Downhill Lullaby i tagged The Woods and Finders Keepers as a A-Side/B-Side single because i think those don’t really fit the sound of the album
-
well, it sounds identical to the released version, the only “difference” is that her vocals are a little bit more louder and there’s a random harp in the intro
-
nvm just listened and it’s sounds the same, just better mixing and mastering i guess, so i’ll should just tag it as “Downhill Lullaby (Remastered)”
-
gonna tag the new mix as “Downhill Lullaby (Masochism Mix)” and maybe the released one as “Downhill Lullaby (Single Version)”
-
apparently most publishing deals last around 1-3 years, so this means she may have left rx songs because she signed with them in august 2020 WE WON iirc she signed a co-publishing deal with them, that kind of deal lasts 1-3 years and can incluide writing a minimum number of commercial songs and recording/releasing music according to this blog: https://blog.songtrust.com/music-publishing-deals?hs_amp=true

THE PHONOGRAPHIC CREDITS ON APPLE MUSIC SAYS “2023 ALAMO/SONY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT” THIS MEANS NO MORE PRESCRIPTION SONGS????
-
SHE GOT SIGNED TO SONY/ALAMO?????
