Are we sure –"Tell me something nice About your favorite girl"– is right? I can't seem to hear the word "nice" at all and it bothers me so much when listening to the song. I hear something like "tell me something I– I'm your favorite girl" but sounds kind of silly and weird.

knowing Lana — probably. Most of her songs gravitate towards the same experiences or people. Some of the lyrics you used as examples look as if they could be connected somehow. But perhaps they're coincidences or recurrent situations she might like?

is it "nothing gold can stay" or "I think gold can stay"? pretty sure I've read somewhere that could be the second option as well but i dunno
