  1. I'm blown away every time we say "14 tracks". There are many tracks. Even more to the standard of albums nowadays. Thanks lord.
  2. Grandfather, A&W and the Judah interlude will occupy my mind for a long time until I get hooked on others tracks, I believe.
  3. Now seriously. I'm not going to place unrealistic expectations on Did You Know (...), but I hope it's a standalone album in their career, not one of visits to previous albums. It's been reassuring to see that all teas certify this.
  4. I like how at times it sounds "dirty and uncompromised", it sounds hot. But mostly I like Lana's vocal range. It's smooth. And previously, we had the squeaky vocals of Lust for Life. It was a treat, imo.
  5. What bothers you exactly about production?
  6. California has that thing that could make any Lana piano track pop, which is inserting drums from the verses after the first chorus. It is extremely pleasurable. I have a soft spot for this song because I was in love with a guy who lived far away and for some reason I thought I would "pick him up" and "party all night". In the song, Lana just really misses a guy and wants to see him again and do good things. I can feel what she's feeling.
  7. A friend once told me that he doesn't like NFR because all the tracks sound like there's water in the sound amps. That way when water gets into your headphones. It's funny and it really looks like it.
  8. Thanks! I also think it has amazing songwriting, and the three singles were so good, it filled me with anticipation. The excess of unreleaseds present irritates me and makes me wonder what the album would be like if they didn't take up so much space. At the same time, I would like to understand the purpose of the album in general, and they get in my way. Sorry if this got confusing.
  9. I agree. I love how much the instrumental details are noticeable even listening to the voiced version. White Dress, Tulsa and Dark But Just a Game have incredible productions. Rich productions are not always those with excess instruments. He did well, yes! Chemtrails just should have more tracks and more high points like the beginning of the album.
  10. It's not an ironic post. I would really like to hear the opinion of those who admire BB. It's still not an album I've been able to digest because of the obvious issues, so I'd like to hear your thoughts. Perhaps there are positive aspects that I failed to observe.
  11. Literally hurts in the ear. I tried really hard to like it, but I didn't. It seems so uninspired. Then there's Violet for Roses, which, despite being a bit more polished, isn't the album's strong point either.
  12. I already said this once, but the live version you did for Fine China is amazing. It's just a few elements and it's not over the top, but it's improved the song so much. The guitars in the chorus are great. Thanks!
  13. This album will have so much stuff, they'll have content for the rest of the year. This will help sell!
  14. The title and credits font is so beautiful! I know the cover will look great in widescreen for the official audios on Youtube. Like @Sportscruiser's signature
  15. The sample will be from Cinnamon Girl, where Lana will say: please lord, make me the biggest star the world has ever known (...)
  16. Most intriguing to me is that he said it was posted "a few days ago". How did it go unnoticed?
