  1. That's a trip, because I think they would already be credited, but: imagine if there was any part spoken by Chuck, Charlie and his father.
  2. Too bad their relationship didn't work out. It was amazing how the paparazzi photos looked like scenes from romantic movies. But apparently it was just a lot of sexual energy, not love.
  3. Every night I thank God we don't have outtakes on LDR9. Always when she uses outtakes or just remasters - and it's out of tune with the rest of the album - or re-records - and loses all the essence it originally had. Better to have spaces for new songs.
  4. Dealer is so cool. For some reason, I interpret it as a response to the "I wish I was dead" polemics. She got so tired of explaining it, that she finally let out that sentence "I don't wanna live" but already screaming. Along with this album, there were BBS and Arcadia talking about other controversies, and I wonder what would become of BB if they didn't have so many unreleaseds there. Will we finally see it in ldr9?
  5. It's amazing how none of these on the list seem to be long to listen to. I don't feel all this time go by. They are so complete. Knowing that ldr9 will have many long tracks is reassuring. I know it won't be only pianos running for 7 minutes.
  6. I only dreamed about this album once, but that was a few weeks ago, way before we had the single or announcement. I dreamed that the cover and the shoot had been released and they were so bizarrely ugly that I cried. I don't even remember what it was like, but it was all very ugly. Glad we had a happy ending.
  7. It's surprising how safe the tracklist is so far. I've been thinking how interesting it would be if Lana did some publicity like Taylor Swift's "Midnights Mayhen With Me" - but, in her own way -, announcing titles, explanations of each track and its duration, especially when these always give something to talk about . Feeling a great drought...
  8. I understand when they say that COCC and BB were average albums, but Lana had the right to do them, even more so after so much. I will always prefer her to do something new, even if it doesn't please the majority. No one would think that the girl would take off her flower crown and put on a cowboy hat. And that's Lana's magic. Ocean Blvd is still going to surprise us a lot. Of course.
  9. Have you ever noticed that the songs with the longest longevity are the ones that take the longest to link with us on the first listens? Lana's catchiest songs on each album are so much fun at first, but in the end, what sticks with me isn't Cherry and Cinnamon Girl, but Change and Hope.
  10. Thank you! I agrre with you! I remember how everyone had their bellies full just from Born to Die and Ultraviolence. Nobody knew what was yet to come. That's why I still have a lot of expectations about her art. She told W Interview: "At the end of every album, I say goodbye and thank you—very Old Hollywood style—and yet I cannot help but just continue to write". If she retired now, she would have done enough, but as long as she's here, so will I.
  11. I feel that Lana's music will become more and more meaningful as time goes by. I know she has this concern about being forgotten, but she definitely won't be. Just see the new generation discovering all of her discography so far. Later generations will also rediscover it, so it goes... And, along with the changes and general contexts of the world, each album will be able to have a new meaning and become even more valuable. Remember when BTD on its release was just considered "bad influence music for young girls" and is now recognized as the most influential pop album in the music industry in that decade? It makes me think, "What about Blue Banisters? What about Chemtrails? Btw, what about Did... Ocean Blvd? What about everything we're seeing firsthand today?" Guys, ten years is a long time! We're already experiencing the longevity of Lana's work now. She has songs from 10 years ago going viral on modern social media. What will become of Lana Del Rey? Everything but an abandoned tunnel. Hello guys. I'm new to the site. Hope it's fun.
