  1. The first half of A&W is very introspective. I wouldn’t necessarily call it spiritual but it’s def got more substance than doin’ time
  2. If Candy Necklace was a reworked unreleased song (I know it won’t be, and I’m glad because I can’t wait for a brand new masterpiece, but just hypothetically for fun): which one would you want it to be? Personally I have to choose She’s Not Me
  3. The bit about not being in the right mind to carry a baby (heavily paraphrasing but ygm) hit me so hard
  4. A lot of them are listening to A&W but they’re only listening to the second half and it infuriates me SO much because it’s more than just a catchy ditty to make outfit checks and thirst traps to I hope you feel better now btw <3
  5. I’m going to allow myself to listen to ONE, but which is the most upbeat (if any)?. My meds haven’t kicked in yet so I can’t listen to anything that sounds too sad LMAO
  6. Okay I’m an idiot and this has probably been asked before, for which I apologise, BUT… What does it mean that some of the songs are tagged? And what’s with the AI bit?
  7. This are heartbreaking (but so beautifully written) I feel like this is her most autobiographical song yet? Maybe?
  8. I joined the subreddit a year ago and it was honestly pretty normal at the time. There were a lot of posts about lyrical & music analysis and stuff like that, but now it’s just been completely overrun by the tiktok hype over Lana I’m so sick of seeing all the posts written in that horrible chronically online Gen Z lexicon (I am Gen Z, js. But it’s a very specific style of speech that irritates me on such a deep level) I’m on a tangent now but “mother”/“we’re being fed”/“we’re eating good”: STOP Oh and the sun is also full of straight male fan who sexualise Lana so blatantly and unashamedly. The boob photos were a good example of this; those mfs were losing their minds because they’re presumably unable to grasp the concept of nudity as art
