Halsey is #2 badlands billboard top 200 albums on the debut. Thats fucking incredible. Still a few weeks for it to hit the #1 best top album release. the numbers speaks for the ears she has fallen on to. No worries. Halsey is rightfully getting huge af. and she deserves every bit of it. but talking about charts and crap, alot of that going on right now with Lana's HM, and i mentioned to someone, the important thing is you love the music. thats it. if it resonates within your soul,, who the fuck cares about what anyone, or any chart posts right???

the atr guy youtube review vid was absolutely fucking hilarious.. super funny.. i laughed my ass of literally.. when he does the experiment.. falls asleep while driving.. floating in the pool.. the entire vid recieved very good respones from most people who watched it, even die hard fans laughed their ass off.. :omfg2: tbh- he did not like it all. its obvious. no wonder Lana shuts out alot of these interviews and picks and chooses.

110k sold are those the accurate real numbers or just speculation.. i disagree totally. The core fanbase will remain intact. (or mostly intact for now at least..) I think its the 'new' potential fans, that are not on board, cause they don't know Lana. plus- if this fanbase dissapears forever tomorrow, cause her fans all dissapear.. i'll be one soldier standing tall loving Lizzy Grant. Its just a very small number of people whom wanna hate hate hate. She is extremely popular right now, and fanbase growing like wildfire. Talent is talent. Anyone who denies that- is jealous and/or demented. Dot listen to the bullshit from idiotic narrowminded fools. Halsey and Lana are very, very different. Of course there will be some similrariites in things. but like i have mentioned (and many others), Lana didn't INVENT her style. Its been around for decades. and decades. She is PART of that style of music and art. Many have done that long before Elizabeth Woolridge Grant dreamed about singing at church as a child. This is not to put anyone down. Lana is awesome. Halsey is awesome. many others are awesome too. and many more new ones years from now will be awesome and they are true and original in their portraying of this type of music/art.

all her albums are great in their own way, and for a specific mood and time to listen to. (for me). No one is better than the other, but certain songs/album is better at the time to listen to.. (if that makes sense). Its all about the mood.

Lana has a new album out, shes doing a little promo, and where the heck are the paps? Are they not interested in her anymore? We have seen barely any real pictures online anywhere. (aside from stans at the signing, and some instagram selfies.) I am very surpised the paps barely are following her anymore?? Shes has been in New York, London, Paris, LA, with barely any photos. ???

hey Graham, yes Julee has a nice sound and style. Nice. But i have to say the strings or orchestral instruments add a huge intensity. I always wanted to keep (lana to keep them).. But if you hear some new productions now you'll hear some other incredible intense sound stylers in alternative music.. strings are amazing tho..

thats why you have to be careful with the legal stuff, when you collab any of YOUR songs with another artist. If its your song to begin with, that should trump legally over anything. Should be in a contract or legal document. Rita Ora had that song a while back, Calvin Harris wrote or co-wrote, and she wasn't allowed to release it. It could have very well been a hit song (for her), but Calvin owns it and when they broke up, said F you, you aint using it.

"I walk the line" is so dark,, but sooooo good. (I just realized it reminds me of the production on cruel world a little bit.. same sorta vibe.. fucking awesome.) love the instrumentals/beats in "Color part 2".. total narco swing vibe.. "Roman Holiday" amazingness at its finest. Actually RH should have been the lead single for commercial radio.. "New Americana" is my least favorite, but the CD version sounds pretty good. Like she mentioned in an interview, (Beats one with Zane Lowe), for people who took the words literally. Its all sung in Satire. (new americana). Gasoline and Young god and Hurricane and Drive all mind blowing. for me thats alot of great songs on one album. i don't find that kinda album too often. by anyone. nice when it happens. I can have all 16 songs playing on repeat, and i dont skip any of them tbh. very great concept album with great cohesion.
