I don’t think that would live up to the hype tbh….I’m hoping for more.

Personally I’ve never heard it as “two songs” but there is the first part which is vocal heavy, and the second part which is very instrumental heavy. So in my mind those are the two parts. They are sonically very similar, however. The second part for me begins right around the 3:00 min mark.

I wonder if there is a clear separation or if it’s a very seamless transition into the second part like Venice Bitch.

Fair! I was just listening to Cinnamon Girl which has piano, and kind of a trap ending. I know there’s another track that is said to be the CG/TJF of the album but I’m kind of feeling like A&W might be similar, just my gut right now.

The thing that’s throwing me, and making me temper my expectations is the production credits. There’s just….not that much there. Don’t get me wrong I am way too excited for this song. We shall see soon.

The anxiety I have for Tuesday. I’m coming home from a trip (about a 4 hour drive). Do I leave early and try and get home before 11…do I stop every 30 min to check for merch drops….do I delay leaving until after 11? but also excited to road trip home with this song

I think once we hear A&W on March 24 February 30 February 14, we will have a much better idea of what this album is going to be like and where it will fall compared to the last three albums. DYK is a great track in my opinion, and it’s better than most of the new material on BB, but (to me) its not a life changing or career defining track like Venice, Chemtrails title track, White Dress, etc. I think those 7 min 13 sec will tell us a lot.

I’m counting on this song to fix my entire life. I don’t think I’ve ever anticipated a song so much. I hope it delivers.

I agree, he has helped me appreciate the songs even more. I may have shed a tear or two along with him in some of those NFR videos.

He decided to try and get through COCC and BB before Tunnel comes out and then do that one, then go back to BTD and go in order from there. He’s also doing Red Taylor’s Version right now, and has done Folklore, Evermore, and Midnights. I usually can’t stand these kind of channels but his delivery is really really good.

Has anyone been watching this guys reaction series? He did all of NFR and has moved on to COTCC. He goes pretty in depth and seems to legitimately love every single song. His style is great too, doesn’t pause too much, etc. A lot of the NFR series he did music videos and live performances too.

Some folks were talking about The Trio single cover art (and how bad it was). I wasn’t quite as *involved* back then and i couldn’t find it, or don’t know what I’m looking for. Could someone share it?

Lots of artists have two songs in one, I think this will be similar but with one title: Pure/Honey by Beyoncé Hard Feelings/Loveless by Lorde Television/So Far So Good by Rex Orange County Happier Than Ever by Billie The songs are distinct but yet also tie into each other under one track.

Has anyone seen those “lyrics” for Taco Truck x VB floating around Reddit on the oceany background? I’m not counting on them being much since nothing has been mentioned anywhere reliable. They’re kind of giving tho if they are real
