her music is the first time i've seriously noticed jumps in quality of the files from track to track. i find myself having to turn my music way way up just to hear it then the next track is perfectly fine. i hate how bootleg her catalog is lmao.

In all seriousness I think a lot of the hate is overblown. At least for the reasons most people seem to have. I feel for her not really having agency over her childhood but also being forced to mimic being a child well into adulthood because of the brand image that was developed around her when she was so young. I genuinely do think she sees herself as growing up but it just clearly comes across as immature and naïve so much so that it seems almost like its a joke to actual adults. Honestly I don't really get the people who will gladly defend an Ava Max or Kim Petras song but have such a problem with Karma. Its a basic 2000-2010s pop radio song. I actually commend her for putting a great amount of effort into the choreography and the video even if I dont really like it. I personally havent seen such a direct display of lesbian-for-lesbian imagery in a mainstream pop video like that before. They definitely tried to recreate the thank u next music video moment with the intro in the yes and music video, it was a little bit too on the nose to be honest. I honestly think that if yes and wasn't the first single it wouldn't have been judged so harshly. There was too much expectation for Ariana's comeback. The song ultimately did not live up to that but it isn't bad. I really do think if it had been a surprise and first listened in context of the album, half of the gays talking bad about the song would have been tweeting like: "YES AND????!!?!?!!? OH MY GOD ITS GIVING 90s HOUSE DOWN BOOTS!! *fan clacking drag queen gif* Looking back though, it was kind of smart to do a sort of throw away single while the general public was at her throat. By the time We Cant Be Friends video dropped, the hate train kind of died down a bit and this video really made a lot of people come around to the album overall.

Yeah idk I think if shes thinking about it; she should do it. She really doesnt have a recognizable name in the public outside her own fans and gays in the alt pop circles. The name itself was an unserious username and because of its slang connotation it can either trivialize any more serious meaning or purpose behind her music, make people not take her seriously, or become outdated. People already say “slay” in a mocking fashion. Which was allegedly not the purpose of her name in the first place so shes constantly explaining it. shes very creative. I could see a new pseudonym working for her.

I am excited to see what she has planned. She seems to be giving the best of both worlds with this release plan. A few new things for people who are mixtape fans and moving forward as well. I personally dont think she needs to keep making music like Starfucker sound unless she wants to. She kind of did it in a perfect way that nothing else in that lane is left unsaid. She said "one of" hello kitty, i’m high, platform shoes will be on it. "Might do" new songs as well. New album is not "Mixtape 2.0": Troubled Paradise likely not being repressed. She says she wants to reshoot the album cover before ever repressing it but its too expensive at the moment. Attention leak from Starfucker sessions is being reworked for S4. Saying it will be more "sad" in sound. "Wants to release 2 or 3 unreleased Starfucker scrapped songs" including Love To Make and Tommy, "maybe before Mixtape rerelease "later this year".

Gaga was the definition of pop culture. Until she wasn't. Like, its just that simple. Even if she tries to serve cutting edge like the Chromatica visuals she just isnt that person anymore and thats why the music on the album in general flopped. The remix album is literally how the music should have sounded in the first place. She has lost touch with the cutting edge. She is older now but ultimately she lost focus on what was hot in fashion, music, technology which was the core of Gaga's not just personality but her art.

Charli always plays remixes of the songs at club shows especially with A G. So I dont think anyone should assume that anything that was played at Boiler Room was them just hitting play on the album track. Most of the songs had other songs interpolated into the track so obviously that isn't going to be on the album.
