Well NOW I'm wondering how The Other Side and Guns & Roses were both on the tracklist at one time (TOS being VERY close to making it on the album) if they had the same lyrics. Is it possible that she was originally going with Dan's version w/ different lyrics and changed to Rick's last minute when she cut TOS?

I can't either, as far as the dates for the released songs go, I'm relying on Lanapedia ig it makes sense that the g&r version we have came before dan's "demo," and she just decided to go with rick's, but it makes me wonder if maybe the version we have is actually a final mix that came after dan's and rick's previous demos

The released Rick mix of Guns & Roses was also recorded in 2014 tho... can anyone find/remember the month that Dan and Lana had all those sessions together?

why do you think they were changed for a second time? based on pantene and BOZ's responses, the song started as a voice memo concept demo and then the next demo we know about was Dan's, then it was finally passed on to Rick; are there any other confirmed demos we know about?

I believe that Guns & Roses had different lyrics originally, according to pantene, so Lana may have just added The Other Side's bridge to Guns & Roses after deciding which one would be on the album.
