The lyrics under the music video are copied from Genius or a different website, they are not correct. Lana has confirmed it's "signing off" and under the video it says "soundin' off".

Ever since I heard this song I have heard this part as "I was so wrong not to tell, I'm in regine, tangerine dreams". Like I have heard the song with headphones, full volume million times and I still hear her saying "regine", I can literally hear her saying the "re" part. Many other people have heard that too. But what the fuck means "being in regine" though?

 

So...which lyric is the right one? I need answers...
