It’s the experience of being a weather whore

I just realized that most of the areas/cities she sings about (excluding west coast) are very prone to tornadoes. Oklahoma/Tulsa, Paris TX, Florence AL, Arkansas…

It’s part of tornado alley. It’s just not very common that they get tornadoes in August. Much more common in April and sometimes in the fall too.

I had a small pocket camera I wanted to bring, but it wasn’t working! Shouldn’t have waited until the morning of to try it 😂

Lana broadcasting live rn on ig on the storms coming through NW Arkansas. We’re so lucky the show wasn’t tonight. Show was canceled, tornado watch in effect and strong storms moving through Fayetteville (which looks like is the city she’s staying in)

Still can’t get over the show last night. It’s easy to criticize set lists. No matter what an artist picks for songs, some fans are going to be disappointed. I expected more songs from Ocean Blvd, but am I upset? No. We don’t know what factors were behind the song choices. She had a moment where she reflected that she chose the location for this concert intentionally. Maybe she went with more older material that reflected the emotions she was feeling around that time in her life. Etc.

That was odd and it did seem like she played more older stuff? But idk. I purposely didn’t look at setlists prior because I wanted to be surprised.

Anyway, my first Lana show is in the books. Still kinda shook and speechless. Great performance, made some amazing friends. Sorry the live streaming and back and forth. The crowd seemed more well behaved than the ruckus in Chicago. Our section was very chill and I didn’t have any problems. The sound was better than I expected too, maybe because of the smaller venue and somewhat less rowdy crowd. I did feel like I was one of the oldest people around, aside from a few mommys

I screamed it once between songs and got a bunch of weird looks
