Honestly her tour manager having quit a month before makes the issues we had with the show’s flow make more sense and I’m impressed with what they pulled off

I see this going one of these two vastly different ways: 1. Her set will be pretty much the same apart from guests (Jack being likely to return) 2. (Delulu option) Show 1 closed the Ocean Blvd era and this will open the Lasso era and she’ll change the set to match whatever vibe Lasso has I’m trying to expect no changes so I’m not overhyping it like last time but it’s really fn weird if they dropped all these Lasso hints for her to not announce the album formally

Where are you rewatching this now that it's off the stream since it's more than 24h ago?

Yess I really expected her to start singing either while going on stage or right when she sat down… But then she sat down and set the tone for what was to come with having to do a mic check. In general I just hope some of the transitions between songs will be improved so that there’s a more natural flow to it all

If you go to Ricardo’s TikTok and watch the Candy Necklace performance, I can hear the same choppiness (for a lack of a better word) from her mic on his video as I heard on the live stream during the high notes

Do we know if her set next week will be livestreamed by Coachella? Or do artists just get 1 streamed performance?

The issue is that her team overhyped this so we were waiting for something new and/or shocking. She did have multiple guests, that was not a lie and there were “new” songs mixed in (basically the Jealous Girl intro??) and we don’t know the exact words Ben used in that convo with a fan. And there were rumours about an announcement but I’m not sure where that came from, but if she has one then next weekend is probably better for that? But I honestly think the crowd looked bored for the most part, they’ve been there all day and she then plays some of her slowest songs at midnight I will be watching again next week, I hope she has a different setlist planned. The Lasso imagery on that UMG live chat has me hopeful still
