I've had this happen from the German store but the first transaction was just the hold and that went away a few days later when they shipped the order out, I'd wait a bit and see if it goes away or not and then email them about it

But this was a festival drop for Coachella specifically so if this fits the vibe there then I see no issue in people who like it getting something from this. The UV cigarette picture would have been a much more iconic design for fan-exclusive merch. Anyways I decided to stream her music extra today instead of spending my money on this 🎀
