So cool that he's sharing his experience with Tahliah! Fun to know that although she was experimenting with everything and what could become her current sound, her vision was far from what it is today. My friend tried to contact Ian Barter a couple of months back about his stuff with her, specifically the about "original version" of Lights On, but no reply as of right now. :/

It's so cool that she was trying all those different, mainstream-driven things around 2008-2010 like Bumper and Walk Til You're Dead and yet she was doing what would evolve to her current sound like Electric Affection. That makes me so much more curious about the stuff lost throughout the years, her Myspace songs and whatnot.

She filmed 7 dance pieces for 7 songs that she didn't make a proper video. (If I remember correcly it was Mothercreep, Good To Love, Ultraviolet, Numbers, Closer, How's That and What I Wanna - that last one was produced by her to that dude of Ouch Ouch if i'm not mistaken) It was filmed during the Manchester International Festival, so people were able to visit the place during rehearsals and the the filming.

She had a screening of Soundtrack 7 in New York yesterday, so it's coming soon

Apparently she's premiering a new song on BBC's Radio 1 Annie Mac show tomorrow
