Sis grow up! I didn’t @ you because the original post wasn’t just about you as there was a string of posts about it and you happened to be the last one. I also try to be courteous and not call anyone out specifically because I dont want them to think me disagreeing with them is me personally attacking them. I’ll make a blanket statement because after seeing posts build up over weeks saying “Leak (insert song she worked on recently and we shouldnt even know about) song now! Charli is trash for not releasing it!” gets annoying! I’m sorry if you personally find it passive aggressive, but its just a blanket statement. If I would @ you, you (and most other people) get confrontational. If I dont @ you, you get confrontational. So like what do you want here? If it bothers you so much mute me!

With every response you’re getting further away from my point that Bricks’ release has nothing to do with Charli. It was a throwaway track she gave to Tommy to give to the film studio to use for the movie & soundtrack. She was never going to release it, and was under the impression that the film was going to. They didn’t and now I don’t understand why you’re all frustrated with Charli? Its the film studios fault, she had/has no control over them not putting the track out. She’s never even mentioned the track was going to be in the film or out with the soundtrack, that was all Tommy Genesis. I don’t know why you’re so upset with her over a throwaway track that was probably made in half a day and was never intended for an actual release until Tommy took the track to the film studio.

I’d bet the earliest it will come is March. It literally looks like they just finished it.

What would we be taking her word for exactly? She never said anything Bricks, its just like basic logic that its out of her hands when she and Tommy signed the rights away for it to be in the film and the soundtrack. The film studio delaying the soundtrack would have nothing to do with her.

She’s in Hawaii writing so I doubt she’s releasing it on Friday, she’s probably just finishing it now.

Can you all stop saying Charli isnt/wont release Bricks. She green lit its release months ago, its in the film’s hands, not hers. She probably thought it was going to get released too.

I hope she takes a break for a couple months. I wouldn't mind if she wrote in that time period but she's been nonstop for the past 3 years and I think she needs to take some time to herself to heal. I'm so happy that she's alright and we as her stans need to make sure that we give her a long break to heal and then support her music hard when she comes back. I don't want her to feel like she's worried we will forget about her if she's not immediately back at work.

We aren't getting sh*t any time soon, I've been a fan since 2011, I've learned. I'll see you all back here next month for the next vague false alarm.

People keep talking about the "tropical" No Angel demo, are they taking about the original version before it got to SOPHIE? Because the pre-SOPHIE demo that I remember hearing a snippet of was not tropical, the production sounded more like Fancy

Charli mustve signed Nasty Cherry to Atlantic or something. She’s posting about it more than she posts about her own music.

No one asked and I know its not Charli related but I want to weigh in. My biggest problem with Slayyyter is that her and Glitchmood rely on and borrow heavily from the whole SOPHIE/PC Music imagery/sound. I think its alright to be inspired by it but I just feel like all theyre bringing to the table is recycled sounds and imagery, and it would be cool if they could come up with something more unique/original.
