Yeah his music hurts my ears. My point was that there are plently of other genuine, talented rappers that she could work with who are actually great at their craft who arent trying to be a whitewashed characture of what middle america thinks a rapper is.

I would prefer Charli get a real rapper not someone who is doing thier hardest to be some cross between a redneck frat boy and a whitewashed vision of what a surburban kid from texas thinks a rapper is. But the locals love him so I guess if she did I’d be happy she got her coins

She also later apologized sating that she was just speaking on her own experiences with Dr. Luke and should have worded herself better (english isnt her first language) and that she thinks Kesha should be heard. If Kesha stans spent half as much time buying her music as they do actively trying to tear down Kim for working with Luke, Kesha wouldn't have to publicly make false rape accusations against Luke saying that he raped Katy Perry and Lady Gaga (both of which have publicly said thats untrue). I really do feel bad for Kesha because I do believe she was verbally abused by Luke and that he made her time with Kemosabe a living hell, but these false allegations look really bad on her and her teams part.

You’re missing my point. My specifics were off on HOW the album leaked but my point still stands. A small population of people who buy/trade unreleased music and obtain it illegally are responsible for her album leaking not her fans. Its annoying that everytime she does an interview, the first thing someone posts on here is a screenshot of her response on how she’s sad and how we should all be ashamed of ourselves as if 1) that person didnt download the leaked album and 2) her fans on this forum illegally stole it from her. It sucks that her album got leaked, but its the responsibility of a very small subset of people (some that arent even Charli fans and just see songs as a form of currency), not the people on this forum. I only brought up the drive because to my (wrong) understanding thats how it leaked.

Tbh I’m kind of sick of the whole “we as a fanbase are to blame for the leaks” narrative that has been going on since the album draft leaked in 2017. Literally one person hacked her Google Drive and circulated the tracks between people who trade stolen music like they have any right to have it in the first place. Her fanbase didn’t leak her album, people who get off trading unreleased music did. Its sad that it happned but at the end of the day, her fans clicked a download link that they were given. The hackers could have held onto all those songs for over a year like they did with Taxi & Round n Round but they chose to leak her album draft instead and kept demos to themselves.

I pray that P4U and PP leak soon so you all stop talking about them. Party 4 U’s verse is cute and the chorus is kinda cute but its soooooo repitive, and Party Party is even more repitive. Also I don’t get why you all are insisting she release the Belive cover, she performed it what, once?
