Ok so I like have a love/hate relationship with Empty. It's like the beat and the hook (I ain't Empty hoe) are sooooooo on point but the actual lyrics are like soooooooo bad I don't really like Lucky. I much prefer her "rap" tracks. She works really well with Charlie Heat.

Unpopular opinion but so far 5ITM has been the strongest of the monthly releases and her team/label was correct to chose it as the first and putting it on the rep tour setlist. No Angel could have been that girl if we hadn't been listening to her for 2 years

Sorry I just saw this. So Neon Gold is a record label but its possible someone on the label produced it but probably not. The song is currently unknown but the comp is being advertised as “covers where newer artists on the label reinterpret songs released on the label in the past as well as previously unreleased material from other acts on the roster”. While Charli has released through Neon Gold, shes not really signed to them or on their roster so its unclear, if it will be a cover or not (but I’d put my money on an unreleased song)

I don’t think you understand how much money goes into a radio campaign, plus its useless if the GP isnt behind it. Labels are big on looking at streaming numbers to decide what to push to radio now, and Charli’s streaming numbers aren’t there. Pop girls across the board are struggling in the streaming age. Teams need to be a lot more creative with marketing ideas because your standared “get the label to put it on the radio” doesnt really work anymore. Dua Lipa would still be a nobody without the New Rules video going viral. I’m not saying that youre lying about someone saying that but I highly doubt thats true.

My ideal scenario would be 1999 (feat. unknown) / CTMP in September, BIOYL (feat. Stefflon Don) in October as the final single, and then a "Mixtape" in November with the tracklist (in no particular order): 5 In the Morning Focus No Angel Girls Night Out 1999 (feat. unknown) Come to My Party Blame It On Your Love (feat.
