    Bringing this thread back to life because this bitch is so underrated. Her music fucking BANGS, she is so talented.

     

    Her new album "Take Me to the Disco" is out for pre-release and is set to be released in July.

     

    The first single from the album, "Numb", is out now. And it's KILLER.

    Honeymoon doesn't follow her trademark sound. People don't get as hyped to hear her perform those songs as they do from the other records. She probably bases her setlist on what she thinks the fans want to hear, and she obviously knows that Honeymoon was her least recognized album and that the audience expects her more known songs. I think she loves the album and like others have said, it's very personal to her. When she performs TLY you can see how emotional she gets. I certainly don't think she's unhappy with that album. If she didn't like it, she wouldn't have released it.

    Yeah both songs done by Chris Braide. OWTH was the first one and then she decided to scrap it and recycled some of the lyrics for Ghost. Don't get me wrong, LOVE Ghost but OWTH is the superior song lbr

     

    Edit: My bad, Ghost was done by Jon Brion. So she just recycled the lyrics from two totally different projects

    the beginning of the song sounds like the stranger things opening theme , then Lana’s YCBTB with different lyrics

     

    OMG that's so accurate that is EXACTLY what it sounds like lmaooooo  :rip:

     

    It's not even that great of a song there are better on the EP for sure.

    I just think its funny how Titanic is always claiming he is THE most original creator alive and constantly dragging Halsey and Melanie for "not being unique" meanwhile he's literally been stealing someone else's ideas and identity... (not that he's wrong about Halsey and Melanie lmao but still)

     

    We love facts!!!!!!!!!!!! Preach it sista! Also OP don't know if this is even worth mentioning now or not (it really doesn't make a difference tbh considering she's about to be cancelled) but she dropped the "That" last year. So it's just "Poppy" now and I think that's what most people refer to her as anyway.
