I really just can't believe that Melanie is STILL trying to do the movie for the album... and that the label is letting her. For an artist of her stature, the visual album route is what's needed. The film was a super fun one-time thing but yeah. Everyday is more potential for a new song from the album to leak, and if she or her label are smart, they will scrap the movie and rework them into music videos of varying length which will give Melanie the opportunity to release singles beforehand + take her time for each video post-release. I really doubt ANYONE would complain if that were to happen and it could honestly give us the BEST version of this era we could get (knowing how K-12 panned out.) It would mean she'd be able to put together a video within like a couple weeks, I'd say, and begin the era which will reduce the chances of major leaks that will spoil an entire film. I feel like Melanie will do singles anyways despite film or not

sometimes things dont have to make sense to be good, take a look at Lynch's work....

And I think it's very precise to say that Drama Club's repetition of the chorus is nowhere near to be compared to that of Dragon's Blood. At least, in the former, she says the whole sentence "I never signed up for your drama club", while in the latter she only says "Dragon's blood and drown him", which kinda makes it sound even more repetitive. I'm not complaining, though. My only complaint with Dragon's Blood, besides it leaking before its release date, is that the vocal production sounds weird, kinda more Autotuned than her previous releases. But overall it sounds interesting, I hope it is released soon 'cause that potato quality is killing me.

Not only that but she's gotten to the point where all she said about THREE new singles was a post that didn't even stay up for an entire day  Oh how we used to complain about not having any tv performances and now we literally have nothing at all. 

But what's funny is... we had our first tv performance since 2012 and it was for her worst song ever.... ITS TOO MUCH FOR ME THIS IS TOO MUCH FOR ME 

I took Blue Banisters album as the official confirmation RCS was no more lol, she’s never bothered to say “I re-named this record” with LFL or Chemtrails, so I don’t see why the immediate choice was to go with delusions of two albums coming

Oh why did I think today was June 1st, I was like "see! nothing happened!"

It's hard to feel bad for some of you once nothing happens when you guys set yourselves up every time

Comfortably Numb refers to the Pink Floyd song, and Lithium refers to the Nirvana song. I think that whole verse refers to how she coped with her home life and the music she listened to would influence her own songwriting.

the problem was that the project as a whole was too much for her to handle, not that the shooting took place in Hungary lol i don't get this 

I am pretty sure they meant by spending so much on shooting in another country + at a castle basically. She put herself to such high expectations and it kind of fell flat

If you guys look into @freedumb's account then you will see the true story! They're literally Darla, the same Darla that fakes having every Lana album since Honeymoon ... the same Darla that tried to say Pink Ice Cream was on Honeymoon, etc. They introduced themselves as Darla from Twitter and then proceeded to bring up Darla's snippets when no one noticed lol.

I talked to the photographer when those those two photos first leaked and he said he only posted them because he had taken them so long ago (probably in early 2017) that he had assumed the album had already been released at that point. He said they were meant to be the front and back cover of the actual album. Not sure why they were scrapped tho or why the photoshoot was done so early if the album wasn't done at that point (unless she did think she was close to finishing it at one point?)

she obviously does care with the obscene amount of leaks we’ve gotten in such a short amt of time paired with info and snippets of new material…. why would melanie have someone else talking about her own stuff when the label probably doesnt even want her mentioning it to not bring attention
