I dont understand how Lana's team doesnt see her unreleased is literal gold! She keeps talking about unreleased albums and never following thru save for Blue Banisters which was literally not promo'd AT ALL. If she did a "Lana Del Rey: Vaulted" type of album with all the biggest TikTok, Social Media hits WITH great promo then she'd literally be paraded for months I'm very positive of this. While yes, they want the focus to be current Lana, this is stuff that is tried and true from every sense besides officially.

shes probably releasing SYTH bc its more in-line with her current sound/image rather than something very very sonically different to everything she represents now like Queen of Disaster, Serial Killer, Meet Me in the Pale Moonlight, Playing Dangerous and the dozens of other viral unreleased tracks she has.

Track 12 is 100% not axl Rose I am convinced its Money & Power

shes drafting lyrics and stuff in this page, the stuff on the bottom is from Guns and Roses

it was something she was working towards from mid 2012 to early 2013, I would definitely consider it a very early variation of the *idea* of Ultraviolence. Still fresh in that Paradise mindset. There’s a lot of overlap in what she was working on at the time too so its a bit hard to determine. The most definitive thing we have is of the that TROPICO tracklist we see pictured there, of which we’ve been able to finally figure out mostly! Even then, that was just her own initial idea and drafting of the tracklist and not representative of what a final, released version may have been… Eventually it became reduced to a film using the same name yet featuring only Paradise songs. None of which were ever intended for the music project, so I’d say the TROPICO film and TROPICO album/ep are two very different things.. the film really only taking some slight inspo..

I do agree that it doesn’t *look* like Money & Power necessarily- but if we didn’t know about Pink Champagne and its inclusion in some of these projects we definitely would’ve never guessed that bc it looks SO different written there. Her handwriting is just all over tbh..

Also - Those pics are from January 2013, she wrote and recorded both Cherry Blossom and NotG in May 2013.

I also thought it was Money & Power - Especially because she had this song since 2012 and knew it would be on some project release

I was off the coast of Havana Marina Broke like I always wanted You were hopped up, getting drunk on sangria Drunk like you always wanted Couple crazy kids but by the physical I think you're crazy, bitch, but purely musical Swim across my blue lake Come into my boathouse Eat my birthday cake Taking all your clothes off I don't want your cherry I just want you very badly I don't wanna marry you, just wanna be your daddy I don't wanna fall in love, just wanna make you happy Let me love you more, more, more La, la, love you madly Women bow down, pray to Santa Maria Follow what I've already followed Just like my father, he was a genius Life like I always wanted Feel like a fugitive We're fucked on the physical It's just the way life is I don't know what I want Swim across my blue lake Come into my boathouse Eat my birthday cake Taking all your clothes off I don't want your cherry I just want you very badly I don't wanna marry you, just wanna be your daddy I don't wanna fall in love, just wanna make you happy Let me love you more, more, more La, la, love you madly

Don't tell me that I'm fine You break me all the time when you don't mean to Yo, heartbreak's not a crime but maybe it should be when it comes to you I don''t really know why you do them things But maybe now, baby, If I start to sing I can know a little sense into you (Sing it to them, baby) What's a stupid girl to do When she loves somebody as fucked up like you (Sing it to them, baby) Where am I supposed to go When the only boy I ever knew said no Absolutely nothing Don't tell me it's alright You never really knew what you meant to me I'm, I'm crying every night Because everything's so strange when you're not with me And I don't really know why you had to go But I have to trust that only God can know If I pray, maybe I'll find out what's true (Sing it to them, baby) What's a stupid girl to do When she loves somebody as fucked up like you (Sing it to them, baby) Where am I supposed to go When the only boy I ever knew said no Absolutely nothing Ahh, ahh, uh uh oh Ahh, ahh, uh uh oh You break me down I get back up You're telling me I say "What's up" Nothing, nothing Can't go back to you What's a stupid girl to do When she loves somebody as fucked up as you (Sing it to them, baby) Where am I supposed to go When the only boy I ever knew said no Absolutely nothing Absolutely nothing, no Absolutely nothing Absolutely nothing, no Absolutely nothing Absolutely nothing, no Absolutely nothing
