Fart Deco 12,714 Posted August 16, 2020 Hi guys and girlies! I've decided to share with you some LDR concept albums I've come up with, chosing tracks (released or unreleased) from Lana's repertoire. If you like this idea, please feel free to share your own concept albums, I'm very curious I'm going to start with this one, since I already have a cover and the backcover done: So, the theme behind this one is pretty obvious: the escape to California in search of a better life I've tried to add songs from each album like they're telling a story: from her arrival to the Golden State (FIILY), to her wanting her man there (Freak), the disillusion about what's seems to be the Garden of Eden but in reality is the Garden of Evil (Gods & Monsters), the melancholy of her reminiscing the time with her man (California & VB) till the last songs in which she questions her happiness in that place... I was aiming to an overall summery feeling, and I think it's pretty well balanced! I've even turned this into a Spotify playlist that I listen to regularly. I did something similar with my Lana unreleased collection: I came up with two concept albums, I'll post them here once I have the covers ready, since I really like to plan the visuals! Essentially you just play as the artist of your choice and create albums and release singles, complete music related challenges, etc. So I have details for the entirety of these "albums". Many have nearly complete lyrics I've written as well. I'll put all the images into spoilers just to not spam this page/thread lol. All the singles have full lyrics as well. summer blue forever also has a full booklet made - I also made a complete physical copy for it XD Debut album: HOLLYWEIRD (the other three albums are in the same spoiler - I tried to have four separate spoiler boxes for each album but it lumped them all into one, sorry about that! It was all a lot of work that otherwise really just sits on my computer And don't try to hold yours up to mine! You could easily make ones that turn out even better!
