Actually im okay with Lana doing "country"

As long as it doesn't give "Breaking Up Slowly" vibes. I prefer the folky kind of country like Not All Who Wander Are Lost, Yosemite or even jazzy-like "Dance till we die"

 

But yep, i see her country enough already, it's time to manifest something fresh & experimental (but if she still goes country, at least that's what i'm manifesting about her new music).

i was listening to rubber soul by the beatles because i was having a nostalgia moment about my grandma and i kinda wouldn't hate if she did that 60's wood-like acoustic sound

i'd compare it to "daddy's home" by st vincent but without the haze

I want her to focus on the storytelling aspect of her songs more, she does it so well! I found it to be missing from Chemtrails a bit (except for songs like Wild At Heart, White Dress, and the title track), but came back roaring with Blue Banisters. Would love a folk-y country sound that really focuses on the lyrics and paints a really vivid picture with it's lyrics.

Same! She's incredible songwriter and I hope that she'll create some stories on LDR9
