Hear me out.... One album in the making It's almost like Lana wanted to make a dark gospel album and produced The Grants, Ocean Boulevard, Judah Smith Interlude and John Baptiste interlude, and then got bored and gave up. Second album Then she considered doing a trap record and threw herself onto Taco Truck, AW, Peppers and Fishtails, and got bored of that too. Third album Then she chose to go back to her folksy vibes and produced Margaret, Let the Right In, Grandfather, Paris, Texas, Kintsugi and Fingertips. (Sweet always sounded like a slapped-on leftover from Blue Banisters) Does anyone feel like this is literally the case? Because conceptually and sonically, it's three different things going on with this record. 1

Unless I've missed some crazy lore, that song has obviously only gone out to a few people. And therefore she has the potential to really narrow down who is involved in her process that can be trusted. Anyone with CN is currently a safe source for her and that's kind of fascinating to me.
