It’s really important to hear what someone is saying and separate it from all the “noise” people make around it. On topic: She was working with an “Ian” ( Ian Fitchuk?) in Sept as per her IG stories and he’s not on Ocean Blvd at all — so it’s not far fetched that 6 months later, she has another album to announce (presumably with those Ian songs) 13
