ChatGPT generated A.I. Lyrics for "Peppers".

Write a Lana Del Rey song with the title "Peppers".

Verse 1:

Sitting on the porch with a bag of peppers

Thinking 'bout the love that could have been

Summer sun is setting, and my mind is drifting

To all the memories that I've kept within

Chorus:

Peppers, peppers, they remind me of you

All the sweet and spicy moments we knew

Peppers, peppers, they bring back the pain

Of the love that we had and the love that we've lost again

Verse 2:

Picking out the red ones, leaving all the green

Just like how you left me, incomplete

I'll chop them up and cook them, make a new dish

But my heart is still missing that special twist

Chorus:

Peppers, peppers, they remind me of you

All the sweet and spicy moments we knew

Peppers, peppers, they bring back the pain

Of the love that we had and the love that we've lost again

Bridge:

I'll let them sit in vinegar, let them marinate

Just like how you let me wait

But now I'm moving on, and I'm feeling stronger

Leaving you and your peppers behind, forever.

Outro:

Peppers, peppers, they remind me of you

All the sweet and spicy moments we knew

Peppers, peppers, they bring back the pain

Of the love that we had and the love that we've lost again.

SYML being credited as a featured artist on the cover but not on the tracklist and the other sampled artists not being credited at all on both the cover and tracklist is so weird 2 me

She might have credited SYML because she’s his fan.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't sick of it

Her post wasn’t super clear (as always). I think the album will be postponed until the 24th, and it’s not just the box set and new merch on that date. But watch vinyls and CDs being sent early just like BB
That new cover is iconic AF and it also creates a very beautiful triptych with the standard cover and the white vinyl (fuck I am glad I settled on that one to purchase and not the coloured covers, even though it was the cover I liked the least at first).

As for the tracklist, well, our insiders didn’t lie!
what was Lana’s grandmother’s name who passed away? My mind immediately went to this when I saw the Margaret title (a very Taylor thing for Lana to do, by the way :oic2:). Love Paris, Texas as a title. I’ll have to check what Fishtail could be about (you analyzed it this week at length).

Let the light in, with FJM, references some of his songs where he says that line (in Anthem). :flutter:

Taco Truck X VB still has me :wtf3: The taco truck part is camp AF and cool I guess, but they better channel VB differently, so it doesn’t sound like a « 2.0 »

Comparing this pre-release to the COCC and BB one really puts into perspective how much of a non-event both COCC and BB were. This album feels like a way bigger deal than both COCC and BB combined. And mind you Lana hasn't even done anything promo wise this era and hasn't even dropped a music video or second single. The photoshoot, the tracklist, the vinyl packagings, the descriptions, the merch,, this album's gonna be a career highlight. I can feel it.

I saw you standing there

In the dusty heat of Paris, Texas

Your eyes were filled with longing

For a love that was never meant to be

Chorus:

Paris, Texas

A place where dreams go to die

Paris, Texas

Where memories linger and never fade

Verse 2:

I remember the way you held me

Underneath the stars in Paris, Texas

But now I'm standing here alone

With nothing but the wind to keep me company

Chorus:

Paris, Texas

A place where dreams go to die

Paris, Texas

Where memories linger and never fade

Bridge:

I thought we had forever

But forever never came

Now I'm just a memory

In the back of your mind

Chorus:

Paris, Texas

A place where dreams go to die

Paris, Texas

Where memories linger and never fade

And I'll keep holding on

To the memories we made

In Paris, Texas

Where my heart will always stay.

Pack your bags, let's hit the road

Heading to Paris, Texas, feeling so bold

Windows down, music up, let's go

We'll dance under the stars, let our spirits flow

Paris, Texas, where the skies are so blue

And the love is forever true

We'll make memories we'll never forget

In Paris, Texas, we're free, we're alive, we're set

Verse 2:

We'll explore the town, see what it's all about

We'll find the best bars, dance and shout

We'll take a walk by the river, watch the sun go down

And in each other's arms, we'll drown

Chorus:

Paris, Texas, where the skies are so blue

And the love is forever true

We'll make memories we'll never forget

In Paris, Texas, we're free, we're alive, we're set

And the love is forever true

We'll make memories we'll never forget

Paris, Texas, it's where we'll be

Forever wild and carefree.

Thanks 😊 I really wasn’t sure at all and knew I could very well be mistaken. Anyways, of all the collabs, this has been the one I most concerned about (and BoZ’s hate for it did nothing to help :thumb3:), even more so than the preacher interlude.

Idgaf about titles I just know this album will serve  I don't get why people complain that much like does it matter if the song is good after all?

To me a song title changes the way perceive the song. Same with an album cover. However I do think the DYK song titles are ridiculous and chaotic enough for it to be camp and kinda iconic. I'm already feeling Taco Truck x VB tbh. I do think I would probs enjoy AW more if the title was just American Whore. There's nothing iconic about a censored abbreviation TBH. A&W would've been cute tho. Her root beer serve.

You’re totally right! Hell, even the tunnel metaphor, I wasn’t that wowed by it before hearing the song and now, I think it’s brilliant. I love VB to death: watch Taco Truck become my new fave :thumb3:

anyways, in Chemtrails era, the title I loved the most was Dance Til We Die and it’s now one of the songs I like the least on the album…

and yet, still, it’s part of the fun, to analyze song titles or write our impressions about them without having heard them. Im glad though that insiders had said earlier that the titles were very random: it wasn’t a big surprise when some were confirmed or revealed.

ChatGPT generated A.I. Lyrics for "The Grants".

Write a Lana Del Rey song with the title "The Grants".

Verse 1:

The Grants, they're the ones who live by the sea

With their white picket fences and their old oak trees

They've got their fancy cars and their designer clothes

But they're still searching for something that nobody knows

Chorus:

Cause they're just like you and me

Trying to find their way

In this world that's so uncertain

And it's hard to say

Verse 2:

The Grants, they're the ones who throw the best parties

With champagne flowing and the music so hearty

But behind closed doors, they're just like the rest

Trying to fill the emptiness inside their chest

Chorus:

Cause they're just like you and me

Trying to find their way

In this world that's so uncertain

And it's hard to say

Bridge:

They may have all the money and the fame

But it's never enough to ease the pain

So they keep on searching for something more

But they'll never find it behind closed doors

Chorus:

Cause they're just like you and me

Trying to find their way

In this world that's so uncertain

And it's hard to say

Outro:

The Grants, they're just like you and me

Trying to find our way in this world so wild and free.

Write a Lana Del Rey song with the title "The Grants" which is about Lana's family as her real name is "Elizabeth Wooldridge Grant".

Verse 1:

The Grants, they're my family, my blood and my kin

Raised me up strong, taught me to sing

From the hills of New York to the beaches of LA

My roots run deep, and they'll never stray

Chorus:

Cause they're the ones who made me who I am

My heart and my soul, my guiding hand

Through the ups and the downs, they've been by my side

The Grants, they're the reason I'll never hide

Verse 2:

The Grants, they're the ones who gave me my name

Elizabeth Wooldridge, a legacy to claim

They've seen me through the good and the bad

And they'll always be the best part of my past

Chorus:

Cause they're the ones who made me who I am

My heart and my soul, my guiding hand

Through the ups and the downs, they've been by my side

The Grants, they're the reason I'll never hide

Bridge:

I've traveled far and wide, seen the world and its ways

But there's nothing like the love of my family's embrace

They've taught me to be strong, to chase my dreams

The Grants, they're the reason, or anything

Chorus:

Cause they're the ones who made me who I am

My heart and my soul, my guiding hand

Through the ups and the downs, they've been by my side

The Grants, they're the reason I'll never hide

Outro:

The Grants, they're my family, my blood and my kin

I'll sing of their love, until the very end.

Write a "The Great Gatsby" style Lana Del Rey song with the title "The Grants" about extreme opulence, luxury, wealth and being born into a rich family with a silver spoon.

Verse 1:

The Grants, they're the ones with the silver spoon

Born into wealth, they're living in the moon

Their mansions are grand, their cars are sleek

They're the envy of all, the elite

Chorus:

Cause they're the ones with the money and fame

Living in opulence, never feeling the pain

Their world is filled with luxury and wealth

But deep down, they're searching for something else

Verse 2:

The Grants, they're the ones with the diamond rings

Their champagne glasses always filled with sparkling things

Their parties are wild, their guests are elite

But behind closed doors, they're incomplete

Chorus:

Cause they're the ones with the money and fame

Living in opulence, never feeling the pain

Their world is filled with luxury and wealth

But deep down, they're searching for something else

Bridge:

They've got it all, but they're still searching for more

Trying to fill the emptiness, that they can't ignore

They're living the high life, but at what cost?

Is this the life they want, or just what they're lost?

Chorus:

Cause they're the ones with the money and fame

Living in opulence, never feeling the pain

Their world is filled with luxury and wealth

But deep down, they're searching for something else

Outro:

The Grants, they're the ones with the silver spoon

Living in luxury, but what does it all amount to?
