you wanna know what would be a really funny moment? if trump wins, i hope biden resigns and gives kamala the 47th title anyway just so she can say she was president for 2 months before the official hand off. 

 

on the flipside, he could do it regardless of who won. would she have to be inaugurated in january if she won AND she was sitting president? i guess it's still a necessary ceremony if you're the sitting president too, right? idfk i don't remember 2012 that well and wasn't really paying attention to politics yet

Stupid question from me but can Biden resign with no any particular reason? I mean, politicians mostly resign because of a huge scandal/trouble or bad health but he doesn't have any huge troubles at the moment and even though he is old, he claims to have a good health.

We’re currently in the “Schrödinger’s Ballot Box” section of the day. We do not know how any demographic actually voted yet—so turnout could be good for both parties.

There's an effort from the right-wing to ban abortion and pregnancy-related care that might cause harm to "unborn children", which will lead to unneeded deaths and severe medical complications.

 

Trans people are on the brink of having trans healthcare (HRT, surgeries) banned by Republicans. Also the few rights trans people do have are going to be rolled back if Trump and the Republicans win.
