I really think they did, this time around. She's of Taylor Swift's calibre, for example, and Taylor didn't have any leakage surrounding Folklore! I think Lana really tried to extra-secure things this time around, and with the pandemic resulting in limited transactions between businesses/industries, she likely could've taken advantage of that in order to ensure things being kept real quiet!
