The moment Lana goes indie I'd unstan. Her label would eventually run out of money to even pay for the studio sessions with rick. The only artist that made a smaller label work was adele and only because they still put all their effort into promoting her first two records and give her the exposure she deserved. Uhm guys the song has been discounted since like the first Monday after the release how did u not notice that yet? (The universal Germany Post) discounts in Germany are prett senseless because they dont count a sold copy as a full sale but less, maybe they thought it'll draw attention to the song and people would stream it which didn't work I guess since it's been discounted for more than one week and the streaming numbers aren't good.

I noticed that a few days ago and thought she's not under vertigo anymore (which would explain why there's no radio push etc. Bc vertigo used to support Lana so much hbtb and honeymoon even had tv ads for weeeks but amazon also has the copyright as Lana del rey but the label and publishers are still vertigo. The fact that 99% of the fans not wanting to see Lana succeed became fans and got introduced to Lana during uv or hm though. They weren't here when the slayage during btd and paradise happened. They "don't know what they're missing out on". Also sometimes I feel as if some people can't comprehend that Lana won't become a Selena Gomez 2.0 just because she gets some exposure, girl did two H&M campaigns and a jaguar deal and didn't deliver any Teenage Dream bop for them. Sometimes you also have to understand that she needs exposure in order to serve you 'trailblazer icon' and headlining coachella or Glastonbury status.
