It's because most leaks we get are old songs that will never be on an album. These leaks (And HBTB and the forbidden 5) are presumably (and confirmed sometimes) to be works in progress. We don't care about old stuff leaking, it's when people leak things that are supposed to have official releases that it becomes a problem (and a pretty big one)

The video reminded me of Lana's evolution. There was a part where the kids are in the car, and the car/lighting looks almost identical to an older photoshoot of Lana's from BTD era. The MV opens up with the B&W singer shot, much like National Anthem did, and I just connected a lot of things in the MV which I felt were put there on purpose FOR the fans to make connections to (but maybe I'm delusional)

YAIL was confusing with Y&B existing. Young and in Love is also the name of a Hunter Hayes song that is recent so the switch to Love is understandable.

seriously fuck the leakers who thought it would get them some type of internet fame to leak a song when the hype was just right... literally all the hype would have made it perfect for a release (which is what Lana intended, I'm sure) but they had to ruin it for everyone. Fuck leaks
