I honestly can't believe it's finally happening! I've been a fan of hers since 2011 (probably before I even started stanning Lana, which is just crazy) and almost seven years later, we're finally getting her debut album! Fuck me up, Gwendolyn!

Just popping in to say that she released a new song called Wolf two days ago! It's on Spotify and SoundCloud. Also, she announced that her debut album is called Sauvignon And A Kimono and it's finally going to be released next month!

It always makes me happy when somebody finally recognizes talent! <3 You're definitely right about the production/overall sound being inspired by Born To Die. In fact, Talk Me Down was even co-written and produced by Emile Haynie. I think Blue Neighbourhood might actually be my second-favourite album of the last few years (Born To Die wins, obviously), it's crazy how much of an impact it has had on me and how much it helped me (and many other people too, I assume) accept and love myself. The accompanying video trilogy was everything, I think I've never cried harder because of a music video. Also, YAS @ you stanning ha magnum opus Fools!

I really wasn't gonna cancel I Was Gonna Cancel, she's a cute bop, but when I saw that video, it kinda ruined the song for me. Wow, she's really coming for The Gays' coins this time. I do love the fact that she offers all these options (and that they're all available from her very own store rather than some of it being UO-exclusive; take note, Lana), however I'm not buying anything before I've heard it, especially not a deluxe edition (well, one of them) for € 50 or more.

Well, they never officially confirmed it, but yeah, they most probably were dating. #Tronnor was quite the topic a while ago haha. I have no idea when exactly they broke up. Troye was definitely dating somebody when Blue Neighbourhood was released. IDK if that was still Connor or already somebody else (possibly even Jacob). IMO, some of the lyrics (Fools and Lost Boy, to name just two) sound like they're about the breakup, so I'd say that was after Connor, but IDK.

This is definitely about Connor.

Her second singles are usually better anyway (well, maybe this is not true for the Kiss Me Once era, but like: Red Blooded Woman, Wow, Get Outta My Way... Also, rumour has it that the second single from Golden is gonna be THAT banger.

I wasn't expecting this kind of sound AT ALL, but I love it!
