Interesting, I didn't know Boz said that. I wouldn't consider a live performance as new music so I wonder why Kintsugi said that, especially since he seems reliable.

I thought Kintsugi confirmed that the surprise was related to new music, did that change?

I personally find Fingertips so compelling, I can't imagine thinking it's boring but to each their own

The Grants

I'm going to have to finally listen to The Grants today, it's been a rough weekend

This is overwhelming and I have guests from out of town arriving shortly so I will see you guys on Sunday!! I'm scared to see how many pages I return to

Let's be excited but pretend we never heard so we can hold onto the tiny threads of sanity and sleep that remain

The way I was so desperate for this album so I could finally take a break from this never-ending circus yet here we go again

Maybe the label said you can finally have your surprise album as long as you drop your magnum opus masterpiece first, and a couple months after Ocean Blvd we're getting a chaotic album of unhinged bops

Lana wants us to be permanently in a state where she damages our mental health by having us in a chokehold and then heals our mental health with her music, and then we rinse and repeat the process

Okay but I really want Ocean Blvd to shine, please make it make sense

The way there are probably random people who never got the memo and will be sorely disappointed when the album isn't out at midnight

The girls are morons, it's a powerful song

First listen was meh, second listen now is better but still overall a bit generic. It's not a bad album, not a great album.
