Azealia attacked Lana’s paragraph about Kanye because of how hypocritical it was for those words to be coming from Lana’s mouth, of all people. Yeah, she was all bestie bestie with Kanye at the time too, but she was bringing up how contradictory it was. Had Lana stopped with the latina thing at the pseudonym I doubt anyone would have a problem with it. Adopting slang, while knowing where it came from, isn’t the same as constantly playing a charade of a latina whether it’s your stage name, using cholos and cholas as extras in your music videos or forcing a latina accent in your live shows.

Me too. I used to have it, i’d go on it maybe once a fortnight, binge funny vids for a couple of hours and then forget about it for another 2 weeks. So I've recently found Lola, a London based alternative r&b artist. She's small and just starting out and I could barely find her music videos, but I finally did and the visuals are to die for. The video for feral soul gives me björk/twigs vibes. She also recently put out an EP- The Sleeping Prophet!
